Education

Mr. Zhang Bozhou graduated from Baotou Medical College in Inner Mongolia, China with a bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine and graduated from the Market Economy Academy of Peking University in Beijing, China under the elite leaders’ business administration programme in June 2015.

Experience

Mr. Zhang Bozhou has over 33 years of experience in the medical industry, focusing on ophthalmology. Mr. Zhang Bozhou has been the chairman of Beijing Chaoju since October 2014. Prior to that, he worked at various hospitals, including Baotou Hospital and Hohhot Hospital, between September 1990 and November 2015, during which he held various positions including physician and medical superintendent.

Individual Honour

First carried out non-penetrating trabeculectomy and glaucoma valve implantation in Inner Mongolia, and has unique insights into the treatment of malignant glaucoma. Mr. Zhang has undertaken two research projects of the Ministry of Health and published more than 20 papers in national journals.
