Key responsibilities include overseeing the Group’s financial operations, including financial management, financing and investment activities, and strategic financial planning.

Education

Ms. Fu Jin graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2004. Ms. Fu Jin is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a certified management accountant certified by the Institute of Management Accountants.

Experience

Ms. Fu Jin joined the Group in April 2023 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Fu Jin worked at New Frontier Healthcare Group (NYSE: NFH), the operator of United Family Healthcare, China's largest high-end integrated medical service platform. Ms. Fu Jin has served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of the medical group since September 2019, and was mainly involved in the acquisition of United Family Healthcare by New Frontier Healthcare and the company's privatization transaction. From August 2004 to July 2016, Ms. Fu Jin worked at Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA LLP, Beijing Branch, and engaged in a number of financial advisory projects related to audit and assurance, capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions to advise corporate clients, such as listed companies and multinational groups. Since she started working, she has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and auditing.
